Contest Eligibility Rules

  1. Must take place on regulation hole at regulation golf course
  2. Minimum distance: 150 yards (men), 130 yards (women)
  3. No green alterations allowed
  4. All participants must be registered tournament participants
  5. Not available to current/former professional golfers or NCAA golfers within past 5 years
  6. One winner per contest (first hole-in-one wins)
  7. Equipment must adhere to USGA/PGA specifications
  8. Non-golfing witness must be present at the hole
  9. Winner reported same day; affidavit signed by Head Golf Pro + witness
