Visit our prize packages page and complete the order form. Choose between the Vacation Passport ($449) or Epic Golf Getaway ($649). You'll provide your contact information, tournament details, and select your package.
What you receive immediately: A digital certificate for the winning golfer and a signed agreement confirming your prize coverage. These are sent via email within minutes of your order.
Timeline: We recommend purchasing at least 2 weeks before your event to allow time for tee sign shipping. Rush orders are available — contact us.
Advertise the Contest
We ship a professional tee sign directly to your golf course. Place it at the designated contest hole on tournament day. The sign displays the prize details and builds excitement among players.
Tips for maximizing excitement: Mention the hole-in-one prize in your tournament registration materials, email announcements, and social media posts. The bigger the buzz before the event, the more engaged your participants will be. Include the prize details on scorecards and make an announcement at the start of play.
Report the Winner
When a hole-in-one is made on the contest hole, here's the day-of checklist:
- Confirm the shot with the non-golfing witness stationed at the hole
- Have the Head Golf Pro verify and sign the affidavit
- Collect the winner's contact information
- Submit the winner info and signed affidavit to info@hgagolfprizes.com the same day
What happens next: Our booking team contacts the winner, presents destination options from the selected package, and handles all travel arrangements. The winner has 24 months to redeem their trip.
